You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.

Return conditions

  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with all accessories and manuals.
  • Sale items are returnable unless marked “final sale”. Gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Custom-made or personalised items are not eligible unless faulty.

Fees & return shipping

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error. Original delivery charges are non-refundable where applicable.

How to start a return

  1. Email FRANCISCOJAVIERLIGHTINGLIMITED@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll reply with a return authorisation and the return address.
  3. Pack the item securely. Use a trackable service and keep the receipt.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll organise a replacement or refund promptly at no cost to you.

Refunds & exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. For faster exchanges, place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
