We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. A shipping confirmation with tracking will be sent as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse. Delivery times below are estimates provided by our carriers.

UK delivery options

• Standard: 2–4 business days — £15
• Express: 1–2 business days — £29

Free Standard shipping on UK orders over £500.

Remote areas & international

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands can take longer and may incur a surcharge at checkout. International shipping times and rates are calculated at checkout and exclude local import duties and taxes, which are the recipient’s responsibility.

Processing & delivery notes

• Orders placed after 1pm are processed the next business day.
• Carriers may not deliver on weekends or UK public holidays.
• If you miss a delivery, the parcel is usually held at a depot for a limited period before being returned.
• Please inspect your parcel on arrival. If damaged, note it with the courier and contact us within 7 days.

Tracking & support

All shipments include tracking where available. If your tracking hasn’t updated in 48 hours or appears lost, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
